What does UpTracker do?

UpTracker helps shop owners to update multiple tracking informations on multiple orders at once in bulk, without the hassle of updating the tracking number manually in each order page.  

How does UpTracker updates the fulfillments of orders?

UpTracker will read from a file to identify the orders to fulfill. Tracking number and company will be updated to each product based on the SKU that you have mapped in the field mapping page.  

What are the supported formats for Uptracker to fulfill my orders?

The supported formats are 1. CSV 2. XLSX 3. XLS 4. XML

So, for multiple items in one order, it will be one row per item in my spreadsheet file?

Yes, as there might be multiple tracking information for multiple items from the same order.

UpTracker billing and issue

UpTracker uses a credit system to fulfill orders. Each fulfillment costs one credit. And each credit costs depend on the amount you buy. The credit is refundable. Please contact support@uptracker.app to get your credit refund.
